1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. 50/50

20 for $10.00;
100 for $20.00;
250 for $50.00;

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: June 27, 2024 at 11:59:00 p.m. EDT

Draw
50/50 draw: June 28, 2024 at 10:00:00 a.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 1 Healthcare Crescent, Manitouwadge, ON P0T 2C0

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://santemanitouwadgehealth.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 28, 2024.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Santé Manitouwadge Health.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Santé Manitouwadge Health or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Santé Manitouwadge Health does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: fundraising@mh.on.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other

Please email our team at fundraising@mh.on.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
